本团队长期在肩肘外科领域技术攻关，有着较为丰富的临床与基础研究经验。团队责人与主要成员均承担过多项包括国家级、省部级与市级在内的涉及肩肘外科基础研究的科研课题，接受过良好的科研技术与管理训练，形成了构成合理、密切协作的工作团队，承担国家级、省部级科研项目多项，获得国家级、省市级奖励多项，申报并获得科研专利十余项。
