近年来的研究集中于包膜病毒感染免疫方向,主要包括以下两个方面:从病原学角度研究病毒进入、复制的分子基础;从宿主角度研究机体抗病毒免疫的调节机制。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,北京市医院管理中心青年人才培养“青苗”计划1项,北京市教委科研计划一般项目1项。以第一(含共同)作者在 Emerging Microbes & Infections、National Science Review、Journal of Virology、Journal of Medical Virology等期刊发表论文10篇。
