个人简介

Personal Profile

博士,教授,博士生导师。北京市杰出青年科学基金获得者(北京市自然科学基金委员会,2021),入选“北京市百千万人才工程”(北京市人才工作局,2020)和“北脑青年学者”特聘教授(北京脑科学与类脑研究中心,2020),首都医科大学北京脑重大疾病研究院副院长。从事生物信息学、基因组学和统计遗传学研究,聚焦阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)及其相关神经和免疫疾病。以AD遗传因素和环境因素为主要研究方向,以“遗传变异→易感基因→生物学通路→调控机制→环境因素”为主线,①建立了研究非编码区AD遗传变异功能的新路径,识别了非编码区AD遗传变异调控的靶基因,发现其通过调控靶基因表达影响AD风险,为揭示其影响AD的作用机制提供了理论依据;②建立了AD遗传因素分析新模式,发现AD遗传变异特异地在免疫细胞中激活,揭示神经、免疫、代谢、心血管等生物学通路失调是AD潜在的发病机制;③构建了AD环境因素因果分析的新范式,揭示个体受教育水平、认知功能和智商等因素和AD具有因果关联,为AD预防提供了新线索;④将AD研究的理论和方法推广至其他人类复杂疾病的遗传学研究。

以第一作者、通讯作者在PNAS、Lancet Neurol、Alzheimers Dement、Gastroenterology、Acta Neuropathol、JAMA Neurol、Brain、Molecular Psychiatry、Ann Neurol、BMC Med、Alzheimers Res Ther、Clin Nutr、Mult Scler、Neurobiol Aging、Mol Neurobiol、J Neurochem、Neurosci Bull等期刊发表学术论文70余篇,被PNAS、Lancet Neurol、Nat Neurosci、Nat Rev Neurosci、Neuron、Acta Neuropathol、Lancet Psychiatry等引用3000余次,H指数31(Google scholar统计)。4篇论文入选ESI高被引论文;1篇论文入选美国加州营养健康研究中心评选的2019年维生素D与人类健康研究领域重大进展(Top Advances);1篇论文入选科技部中国科学技术信息研究所评选的2019年度“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”;两篇论文BMCMed 2021,通讯作者)和(Molecular Psychiatry 2022通讯作者)分别入选20212022年度中国神经内科领域高价值论文TOP100以第一完成人(1/3)获2021年度北京市科学技术奖(自然科学)二等奖;以第二完成人(2/5)获2021年度黑龙江省科学技术奖(自然科学)一等奖。
