个人简介
Personal Profile
复旦大学神经生物学博士,先后在美国加州大学等进行博士后研究。中国药理学会生化与分子药理学专业委员会委员、中国药理学会心血管药理学专业委员会委员。Brain Injury及Medical Gas Research 杂志编委、Neuroscience Bulletin青年编委、药学学报英文刊青年编委。2013年回国在苏州大学工作,2019年调入首都医科大学工作,2020年任人体解剖与组胚学系主任。
团队擅长药物的临床前评价,主要是以下方面:
(1)构建神经精神疾病动物模型并用动物模型进行临床前药物筛选
认知损害建模及检测: 空间记忆、 恐惧记忆、 工作记忆、 新异物体识别记忆
脑中风:局灶性短暂及永久性模型
精神分裂症:啮齿类动物构建精分模型
药物成瘾:自身给药、颅内自身电刺激及条件位置偏好
焦虑:高架十字迷宫
抑郁:强迫游泳、悬尾及糖水偏好
脊髓损伤:挫伤及机械损伤
在体行为药理模型以及微透析、颅内显微注射、静脉自身给药、

氧糖剥夺,离体血脑屏障模型建立,原代神经元培养,原代少突胶质细胞
1、GGF2通过miR-17~92/Pdlim5/ID2信号通路促进NG2细胞增殖分化改善卒中后神经功能的作用及机制研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目;
2、慢性尼古丁暴露调控miR-21/Pdlim5减轻急性脑缺血血脑屏障损伤及其分子机制研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目;
3、多巴胺受体偶联的信号通路介导急性脑缺血溶栓期内血脑屏障损伤的机制研究(结题);江苏省自然科学基金面上项目。
1. 急性脑梗后如何减少tPA溶栓后的脑出血?
吸烟病人溶栓后出血率比正常人低,从这个现象出发提出尼古丁可减轻脑缺血及tPA引起的血脑屏障损伤
2. 如何促发脑梗后的神经功能恢复?
从白质和血脑屏障完整性出发,刺激内源性干细胞的增值和分化来促进中风后的神经功能恢复
3. 如何减轻精神分裂症引起的认知损害?
精神分裂症病人的吸烟率高,从这个现象提出尼古丁减轻精神分裂症引起的认知损伤
