Personal Profile
现任首都医科大学宣武医院主任医师,教授,博士生导师,首都医科大学宣武医院常务副院长,国家神经疾病医学中心(首都医科大学宣武医院)常务副主任,神经内科党总支书记。教育部长江学者、北京市教委卓越青年科学家、青年北京学者和北京市杰出青年科学基金获得者。主要从事阿尔茨海默病等认知障碍相关疾病的诊疗和发病机制研究,已在Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Annals of Internal Medicine等杂志发表SCI收录论文120余篇。担任国家卫健委认知障碍疾病专科能力建设项目专家组组长、中华医学会神经病学分会青年学组副组长、《中华医学杂志》和《中华神经科杂志》编委等。主持国家重点研发计划、国自然重点国际合作等国家和省部级项目/课题12项。曾获首届中国十大杰出神经内科青年医师、首届北京市先进科技工作者、中华医学科技奖一等奖(第一完成人)。
研究团队目前拥有2名博士生导师(含1名青年博导)和4名硕士生导师;团队成员包括主任医师(教授)1名、副主任医师3名副研究员1名、主治医师3名以及医师2名。秦琪副主任医师先后入选“北京科技新星”(2021)与“北京市优秀青年人才”(2023);王治斌主治医师于2022年入选北京市医管局青苗计划;陈欧阳副研究员毕业于杜克大学,于2024年加入团队,并入选北京市“海聚工程”青年人才项目。团队成员先后主持国家自然科学基金5项,以及科技部“国家重点研发计划”课题2项。目前有2名博士后、13名博士研究生、6名硕士研究生和4名本科生在读。多名团队成员及学生在第十四届“挑战杯”秦创原中国大学生创业计划竞赛中获得铜奖,并多次荣获国家奖学金、北京市优秀毕业生等荣誉称号。
唐毅教授课题组致力于阿尔茨海默病及相关认知障碍疾病的发病机制及早期诊断干预研究。团队先后承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目等国家和省部级课题16项。团队主要研究方向包括:
1. 基于动物和人源细胞模型的阿尔茨海默病发病机制研究;
2. 靶向神经免疫互作治疗阿尔茨海默病;
3. 以认知训练和经颅电刺激为代表的非药物干预的早期疗效和神经机制研究;
4. 基于神经电生理和感知觉的认知障碍疾病发病机制和早期诊断研究;
5. 全国多中心认知队列研究。
