个人简介

Personal Profile

主任医师、教授、博士生导师。北京同仁医院角膜病专科主任、北京市眼科研究所副所长。2005年于首都医科大学获眼科学博士学位。2017/4-2017/12美国哈佛大学和加州大学圣迭戈分校访问学者。担任亚洲干眼协会委员,中华变态反应学会鼻眼过敏学组副组长,中国医师协会眼科分会角膜病学组委员,北京医学会眼科专业委员会委员,中华眼科学会青年委员,眼科杂志编委,中华眼科医学杂志编委,中华眼科杂志,中华实验眼科杂志通讯编委。

从事角膜及眼表疾病基础和临床研究,是国内角膜移植手术量最多的中青年专家之一。开展猪来源异种角膜材料系列研究,为角膜盲患者拓展角膜来源;开展调节性T细胞及多种免疫抑制剂防治角膜移植免疫排斥反应综合策略研究,明显延长植片存活时间;在国际上首次报道改良角膜缘干细胞种植术,节省角膜材料,取得良好效果;创新岛状眶下血管神经唇腺移植术,明显改善重症干眼患者症状,提高角膜透明度;医工交叉构建在体角膜生物力学特征模型,提高圆锥角膜早期诊断率;自主创研高频热电场治疗仪,治疗干眼取得良好效果。

承担国家自然科学基金项目4项,北京市重点攻关项目1项。以第1完成人获中国中西医结合学会科技奖一等奖(2021)。以第一作者及通讯发表SCI论文40余篇,作为核心专家制定国际共识1部,国内共识8部。入选中央保健专家,青年北京学者、北京市科技新星、北京市卫生系统高层次人才。

已经建立了一支具有较强科研能力、包括免疫学、材料学、分子生物学、生物信息学等多学科多层次多维度的中青年人才队伍,实现了多种产品的创新研发及转化并已应用于临床。作为院级优秀导师与国家精品资源共享课骨干成员,指导学生夯实基础、开拓创新,现已指导博士生毕业4人,在读4人,硕士生毕业6人,在读6人,并指导学生在读期间发表SCI、中文核心期刊论文,取得大量科研成果。
