宫剑 ,主任医师,教授,博士研究生导师,首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科小儿病区主任。国家神经系统疾病医学中心中国小儿神经外科联盟主席,中国医师协会神经外科学分会小儿专业委员会副主任委员,中国医药教育协会小儿神经外科分会副主任委员。
宫剑教授团队:由宫剑教授,副导师2位,博士3人,硕士3人共计9人组成。
宫剑教授主要从事青少年颅脑疾病的外科治疗及相关基础研究。国内率先对多种儿童颅脑术式进行改良,外科治疗达到国际先进水平,是我国小儿神经外科权威专家;对儿童颅脑术后脑损伤及自修复机制进行深入研究,国内率先提出脑网络映像修复理论,获得国自然重点项目及面上项目资助;针对青少年颅脑疾病进行多组学、大数据人工智能研究,实现了多种疾病不良预后预测及精准治疗;针对婴幼儿颅缝早闭研制出颅骨重塑手术机器人样机,获多项专利,突破了传统手术瓶颈,实现了自动化、个体化手术治疗,获得科技部重点专项资助。国际率先提出趋化因子12在颅咽管瘤复发中的作用机制,sIL1RAP在低级别胶质瘤中的核定位机制,均获国自然面上项目资助,为青少年脑肿瘤的深入研究做出重要贡献。迄今为止,主持或参与国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委员会项目6项,省部级课题8项。近年来在Brain Tumor Pathology、Neurosurgical Review等颅脑疾病权威杂志发表中英文论著及特邀综述40余篇,他引三百余次,主编或参编中英文专著和译著5部。
