Personal Profile
张玲,首都医科大学公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学系,教授,博士生导师。兼任世界中联中药上市后研究与评价专委会副会长,国际GRADE工作组北京中心成员,全国公共卫生与预防医学名词审定委员会流行病学委员、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会循证医学分会临床研究学组副组长,中华预防医学会、中国医师协会、中国中西医结合学会循证医学专委会委员,中华预防医学会公共卫生眼科学分会委员、中国医师协会呼吸医师分会委员等。曾入选北京市科技新星、北京市优秀人才、北京市中青年骨干人才计划和北京市青年拔尖人才计划。
主要研究方向为重大慢性疾病分子流行病学研究,环境流行病学、临床流行病学与循证医学方法学研究。近年来关注环境因素、生活方式和遗传因素对心血管等复杂疾病的影响效应及机制研究。主持科技部重点研发计划“精准医学重点专项”课题,“大气污染成因与控制技术研究”子课题,国家自然科学基金和北京市自然科学基金等20余项科研项目。开展京津冀地区生活社区自然人群慢性病队列研究(CHCN-BTH),建立4万人数据库和生物标本库,从遗传-行为-环境和生理-心理-社会多层次多角度探讨心血管病影响因素和致病机制,研究成果获得首都医科大学科学技术奖自然科学三等奖。在中国北方13社区建立“血压盐敏感性系统流行病学队列(EpiSS)”,开展基因组、转录组和代谢组多组学研究,为在人群中筛选高危人群,有针对性的进行个性化精准预防,精准诊断及精准治疗提供基于人群的流行病学研究证据。在Environ Int., J Hazard Mater.,Environ Sci Technol.等期刊发表论文160多篇,兼任多个国际期刊审稿专家、《中国循证医学杂志》、《中国循证心血管医学杂志》、《实用心脑肺血管病杂志》和《Clinical Trial》中文版编委。2011年获得华夏医学科技奖三等奖(排名5),2014年获得北京市科学技术奖三等奖(排名5),2021、2022、2023年连续三年获得首都医科大学科学技术自然科学奖三等奖。出版专著和教材30余部,主编《临床流行病学》教材,2018年获得首都医科大学优秀教育教学奖。
1. 研究领域:重大慢性病流行病学研究,分子流行病学、环境流行病学、临床流行病学与循证医学方法学研究。
2. 研究方向:关注环境因素、生活方式、心理和遗传因素对心血管等复杂疾病的影响效应及机制研究。建立大型队列数据库和生物样本库,利用多组学、生物信息学和大数据技术从遗传-行为-环境,生理-心理-社会多层次多角度探讨心血管等复杂疾病的影响效应及致病机制,为精准医学提供基于人群的流行病学和循证医学的研究证据;临床科研设计、循证实践和临床指南制定方法学研究。主持科技部精准医学重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金7项,北京市自然科学基金项目1项,北京市教委等科研项目30余项,累计经费1200万元,发表科研论文200余篇。获得北京市科技进步奖,首都医科大学科学技术奖等。指导研究具有丰富的现场调查流程设计,质控协调管理经验,指导学生获得全国统计建模大赛等奖项,培养20余名学生取得研究生学位。
3. 实验室专长
所在实验室是“北京市临床流行病学重点实验室”。建立盐敏感性高血压队列(EpiSS)和京津冀社区自然人群慢性病队列(CHCN-BTH),具有丰富的现场调查流程设计,质控协调管理经验,建立数据库和生物样本库及管理能力,熟悉PCR和基因分型等实验技术。掌握SAS、R、 SPSS和GraphPad Prism统计分析软件,熟悉GEO等生物信息学相关数据库和网站,Plink等组学数据分析和生物信息学分析;熟悉地理空间数据云和OpenStreetMap地理信息网站,ArcMap和xGeocoding空间流行病学分析软件,能够精确进行个体大气污染物暴露评估。精通科研设计,样本量估算,系统评价和meta分析及专家共识和临床指南的制定方法。
4. 团队成员:由具有优秀学术背景和丰富科研经历的人员组成,现有教授1名(张玲),副教授1名(刘括),讲师1名(夏娟),在读博士生和硕士研究生10名。
刘括,首都医科大学公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学系,副教授。主要研究方向为遗传流行病学、慢性病流行病学、循证医学。主持并参与科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金和北京市教委面上项目等科研项目,获批首都医科大学科研项目,大创深化项目,校级本科生科研创新项目等课题。在IHEH、American Journal of Hypertension等SCI收录的杂志及中文核心期刊上累计发表近40余篇学术论文。研究内容涉及ROB偏倚评价方法、健康生活质量、心血管代谢性疾病的遗传易感性、大气污染的健康效应等方面。参与编写《医学现场调查技术》案例版,《中华生物医学统计大辞典》,《临床流行病学》,《循证医学》等多部教材。
夏娟,首都医科大学公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学系,讲师。主持国家自然科学基金委员会, 青年科学基金项目, 82103966, 基于IRT和CTT模型的癌症生存者营养素养测评工具构建与应用研究, 2022-01-01 至 2024-12-31。在European Journal of Clinical Investigation、Lipids in Health and Disease等SCI收录杂志发表多篇学术论文。
