Personal Profile

刘福全教授是介入医学专家。从事介入医学专业30多年,是国内最早应用和熟练掌握介入技术及介入医学科学知识诊治肝脏疾病、血管病与肿瘤的专家之一,曾经在国外深造。是最早组织成立独立的介入治疗专业和科室(包括病房45张床、门诊、手术室及研究室)的专家及科主任之一,使本人及相关医生真正成为医学影像与临床专业紧密及有机结合的典范,并形成了以肝脏、肿瘤及血管疾病为特色,以肝硬化门静脉高压及布加综合征为具有鲜明稳定研究方向的学科及学术团队。带领团队完成介入诊疗手术达40000余例次,完成肝硬化门静脉高压介入手术7000余例(TIPS手术5000多例,每年完成300多例),布加综合征2000余例,对肝硬化门静脉高压的诊治有独到的研究,如国内最早应用经皮肝穿胃冠状静脉栓塞术治疗食道胃底静脉曲张出血(1993年)、对国内最大及随访时间最长的一组TIPS病例进行了系统分析和总结、率先总结了急性肝静脉完全堵塞型布加综合征重度黄疸的TIPS治疗、首次研究TIPS预分流通道原始肝组织的获取及相关性研究、建立肝硬化门静脉高压标本库、建立第二分流通道、门静脉血栓的常规、个体化及特殊的介入治疗、建立大动物肝硬化门静脉高压模型及TIPS联合游离放射粒子植入术治疗门静脉主干癌栓(国外国际大会专题报告并获奖)等。

项目情况

刘福全等主编的《肝硬化门静脉高压介入治疗经验与技巧》,这是国内第一部有关肝硬化门静脉高压介入治疗的专著。刘福全等主编的《门静脉系统血栓介入治疗经验与经验》,也是国内第一部有关门静脉血栓的介入治疗的专著。

主笔撰写《门静脉系统血栓防治指南》、参与撰写《中国肝静脉压力梯度临床应用专家共识(2018板)》及《门静脉高压诊治专家共识》。培养北大和首医硕士、博士研究生20多名,其中博士生6名。

获得“中国研究型医院杰出中青年人才奖”,所带领的科室被评为“中国研究型医院建设示范学科”,是中国肝炎防治基金会及中国研究型医院学会肝病专委会“肝脏肿瘤与相关疾病微创诊治”培训基地。被授予中央国家机关优秀青年,省部级建功立业奖章获得者,省部级青年科技拔尖人才和优秀学科带头人,北京市卫计委党员之星及奥运微笑大使等称号。


科研项目

主持国家科技支撑计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金2项、北京市重点项目1项、联合攻关项目1项、北京市科委首特项目8项、其他省部级科研基金资助5项;以第一完成人获中华人民共和国铁道部科技进步奖二等奖1项(证书编号:97010-1)及三等奖1项(证书编号:95105-1)。以第一作者或通讯作者发表文章150余篇,其中SCI文章50余篇(其中10分以上3篇),影响因子超过100分。
