杨新健,男,籍贯:天津。医学博士,神经外科血管内治疗专业,任首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科脑血管3病区主任、主任医师、教授、博士研究生导师。

科研项目及成果:长期致力于出血性脑血管病血管内治疗的临床与科研工作,主持国家自然科学基金项目7项(含重大国际合作1项)、国家重点研发计划课题1项、首都卫生发展科研专项重点攻关项目2项等科研任务。在Stroke, J. Neurosurg,JNIS,AJNR等领域内重要学术期刊发表论文150余篇。申请发明创造专利10余项。主持修订《中国颅内动脉夹层的影像学诊断共识》、《颅内夹层动脉瘤的血管内治疗中国专家共识》和《血流导向装置治疗颅内动脉瘤的中国专家共识》共3项脑动脉瘤临床诊疗中国专家共识。具体工作业绩如下:

①建成国内最早的大规模颅内夹层动脉瘤临床诊疗数据库,制订《颅内动脉夹层的影像学诊断中国专家共识》和《颅内夹层动脉瘤的血管内治疗中国专家共识》2项行业共识。组织推动全国最大的10家临床诊疗中心联合制订了《血流导向装置治疗颅内动脉瘤的中国专家共识》。②完成国内最早的大规模脑动静脉畸形、椎-基底动脉夹层和家族性颅内动脉瘤核心家系的全外显子测序,筛选出具有遗传学意义的相关致病基因及杂合突变位点,并建立了国内首例脑动静脉畸形斑马鱼模型。③建成国内最早的大规模脑动脉瘤临床三维影像诊疗数据库,深入开展脑动脉瘤生长、破裂及介入治疗术后转归的临床和基础研究。研发颅内支架虚拟植入技术,解决了流体力学计算模拟技术瓶颈,率先完成支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤的血流动力学研究。开展了我国首项评估脑动脉瘤介入治疗术后复发血流动力学风险因素的前瞻性研究(NCT02812108)。研发与应用人工智能技术辅助脑动脉瘤临床诊疗,实现脑动脉瘤的自动智能影像识别、自动测量形态和血流动力学参数、智能评估其稳定性(生长或破裂)等功能,是目前国内样本量最大的脑动脉瘤人工智能辅助诊疗研究。④组织推动替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林用于血流导向装置治疗携带CYP2C19功能缺失等位基因的脑动脉瘤患者在预防缺血性卒中的有效性和安全性的多中心、双盲、随机对照临床试验,评价与传统双抗药物治疗相比,替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林是否可以降低术后30天内的缺血性卒中发生率。

获奖情况:2017年入选国家“万人计划科技创新领军人才”,并作为“出血性脑血管病血管内治疗创新团队”负责人,带领的团队入选2016年科技部“创新人才推进计划——重点领域创新团队”。2012年入选北京市“十百千”卫生人才培养专项,并于当年获得华夏医学奖三等奖。2011年获得高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)二等奖。2009年入选“北京市卫生局高级技术人才培养计划”并于当年获得全国医药业科技进步一等奖。2006年入选北京市委组织部优秀人才。2003年获得“北京市科技新星”称号。
