Personal Profile

1980年出生,博士,教授,首都医科大学药学院院长。主要从事抗肿瘤、抗血栓药物的研发和纳米药物研究;其中针对表观遗传学靶点-蛋白精氨酸脱亚胺酶4(PAD4)设计并合成的抑制剂的研究文章(J. Biol. Chem.,2012, 287, 25941)他引用100余次,并且被NIH和宾州州立大学等多家学术网站报道:“work in the Journal of Biological Chemistry suggesting that stopping theaction of an enzyme called PAD4 (peptidylarginine deiminase 4) sets off a chainreaction of ‘molecular switches’ in cancer cells. The effect is to switch theinternal cell signals from growth to death”。根据这样的设计技术,克服临床上阿司匹林药物的缺点,设计并制备了抗血栓小分子纳米药物。基于以上研究,作为项目负责人获得科技部863青年科学家项目,国家自然科学基金委面上项目,北京长城学者项目、北京市科技新星,北京市高创计划“青年拔尖人才”项目等十余项省部级以上项目资助,已发表SCI期刊论文70余篇,第一作者或责任作者文章29篇(IF =206.1),作为封面文章1篇,单篇他引次数最高为110余次;共申请中国发明专利并获授权263项;申请13项美国等国外专利并获授权。

在教学方面,每年承担10余门课程,国家级一流课程负责人。于2014年获得霍英东青年教师奖,2018年获批北京市青年教学名师;2022年北京市优秀教师;2023年北京市教书育人先锋。开发虚拟仿真实验项目100余项,均获得软件著作权;主讲的“实验室安全培训”MOOC课程以健康中国和安全生产为目标,在“学堂在线”和“学习强国”五个平台上线,播放量已经超过130万次,获北京市教育教学成果一等奖(排名二),共获得获首都医科大学校级教育教学成果一等奖和二等奖各两次(排名前二)。
