Personal Profile
冯涛,主任医师,教授,博士生导师。
首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经病学中心副主任兼运动障碍性疾病科主任。
首都医科大学神经病学联合教研室常务副主任。
长期从事帕金森病和运动障碍疾病的临床和转化医学研究。近年重点研究帕金森病及帕金森综合征的脑网络连接机制、无创性神经调控治疗以及生物学标记物。在国际上首次报道帕金森病口腔粘膜细胞存在病理性α-突触核蛋白异常沉积并应用于帕金森病精准诊断;在国际上首次报道建立阶梯式左旋多巴负荷试验。
作为项目负责人承担国家级和省部级科研基金:国家重点研发计划1项、国家自然科学基金4项、北京自然科学基金2项、北京市科委计划项目3项。以第一作者或者通讯作者在BMJ、lancet-healthylongevity、Science Advances、neurology、movement disorders、EClinicalMedicine等高水平SCI期刊发表论文93篇;在中国科技论文核心期刊发表文章150篇。主编帕金森病专著3部。获批中国发明专利和国际专利11项。
首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院运动障碍性疾病科,是中国第一家以帕金森及运动障碍性疾病诊疗、科研为特色的专科中心,牵头制定了国家卫健委中国帕金森病医疗质量控制指标,是中国帕金森联盟和中国神经调控联盟等专科联盟的发起单位和主要理事单位。团队积极开展帕金森病和运动障碍疾病的各项先进诊疗技术和项目,在帕金森病和运动障碍疾病的早期精准诊断和鉴别诊断、帕金森病和运动障碍病的无创性神经调控治疗、中晚期帕金森病的多学科协同诊疗等方面居于国内领先水平,在帕金森病和运动障碍疾病的转化医学方面开展了深入系统的研究工作,获得了一系列领先的研究成果。
团队承担“十三五”国家重点研发计划“早期 PD 及相关疾病队列研究”1项(课题编号:2016YFC1306501),已完成结题验收。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,其中在研课题2项(课题编号:82271459、82071422),已取得阶段性进展,已完成结题验收2项:(课题编号:81571226、81771367)。同时承担北京市自然科学基金和北京科委计划项目等大量科研课题。
团队在帕金森病的精准医学领域进行系统、深入的研究,实现科研与临床紧密结合,相互促进,建立了阶梯式左旋多巴试验标准模式和临界值。在帕金森病的诊断方面,建立了基于体液、细胞学、外周组织病理、脑分子影像等系统的生物学标记物体系,在国际上首次报道应用红细胞胞膜和胞质突触核蛋白检测诊断PD,成果发表于Translational Neurodegeneration。团队应用多模态磁共振成像探索帕金森病异动症患者黑质结构及功能影像学改变特征揭示了LID的潜在发病机制,成果发表于Movement Disorders。此外,团队在国际上首次报道了基于口腔粘膜细胞α-突触核蛋白检测的PD诊断新技术,已提交国家发明专利申请,申请号2022103171868。在帕金森病的无创性神经调控治疗领域,研究基于神经影像技术研究PD和相关疾病的脑网络病变机制,研发创新性的外周神经调控技术。
团队于帕金森病和运动障碍疾病领域的主要国际学术期刊发表论著93篇,内容涵盖帕金森病和相关疾病的诊断、治疗、机制研究和精准医学等方面。于中国科技论文核心期刊发表论文120余篇,其中中华医学杂志、中华神经科杂志发表论著等十余篇。
