本人带领的实验研究团队，与王天有、张蕊教授带领的临床团队共同组成北京儿童医院儿童组织细胞病临床科研复合型团队，包括临床医师9人、研究人员5人、技师2人，每年招收博士和硕士研究生3-4人。团队以儿童噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（HLH）、朗格罕细胞组织细胞增生症（LCH）、慢性活动性EB病毒感染（CAEBV）为研究重点，拥有丰富的病例资源。近5年承担国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、首都临床特色项目、首都卫生发展科研专项等各类课题10余项，发表SCI和核心期刊论文40余篇。

目前本人承担2项国家自然科学基金课题：

1. “急性B淋巴细胞白血病中CASP8AP2通过LEF1/β-catenin调控细胞干性及化疗敏感性的研究”，面上项目，编号81870114，项目起止年月为2019年1月至2022年12月，直接经费55万元。
