Personal Profile
肖荣 博士/教授(二级),首都医科大学营养与食品卫生学科带头人,主要从事营养与食品卫生学教育教学和人才培养、科学研究及其他学科建设工作。主要研究方向是营养与神经科学及营养干预。长期从事膳食成分与营养相关代谢性疾病关联性及分子机制研究,尤其是胆固醇氧化代谢产物对认知功能障碍相关疾病发生与发展作用及表观遗传学调控机制、生物标志物、预测模型及营养干预研究。主持国家级课题(含国家自然科学基金的重点和面上项目及国家“863”子课题项目)以及北京市自然基金项目等20余项科研项目,作为通讯作者/第一作者发表学术论文150余篇,其中SCI收录论文80余篇,主编、副主编或参编国家级规划教材或专著30部。兼任中国营养学会副理事长及营养与神经科学分会和北京神经内科学会基础与转化医学专业委员会副主任委员、北京预防医学会常务理事等;兼任生理科学进展、中国食品卫生杂志等杂志的编委等。先后获北京市属高等学校人才强教深化计划“创新人才”、首都医科大学“优秀导师”、“优秀共产党员”等称号及中国营养学会“百名英才”称号。
