中共党员，北京协和医学院医学博士，北京大学医学部、首都医科大学副教授，主任医师，首都医科大学附属北京中医医院骨科主任。兼任北京中西医结合学会骨科专业委员主任委员、中国中医药研究促进会外治分会副会长，世界中联骨关节疾病专业委员会理事，中国康复医学会脊柱脊髓损伤与康复学组委员，北京中西医结合学会脊柱微创专业委员会常务委员，白求恩精神研究会矫形分会常务理事，中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会青年委员。香港中文大学第十三届骨折固定技术访问学者，法国波尔多Stryker脊柱培训中心访问学者，清华大学生物医学工程系访问学者。
专业特长：长期从事颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、脊柱压缩性骨折、胸椎管狭窄症、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱畸形、上颈椎骨折脱位等疾病的诊治、教学和科研工作。精通寰枢椎前后路松解术及经椎弓根内固定术；颈椎前路手术(ACDF、ACCF、颈椎间盘置换术)；颈椎后路椎管扩大成形术；脊柱侧凸、后凸截骨矫形术；在国内率先开展单侧多穿刺通道注射骨水泥法在椎体压缩性骨折椎体成形术中的应用，获得国内外同行的认可及广泛应用。率先在原工作单位中日友好医院开展脊柱肿瘤后路全脊椎切除术（En-bloc切除术）、重度脊柱畸形截骨矫形术。以第一作者、通讯作者在EurSpineJ、Front Immunol、International Orthopaedics、Clin Interv Aging等医学期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。在《中国骨伤》《中国矫形外科杂志》等中文核心期刊发表论著10余篇。主持和参与省部级课题3项。
