2000年10月经国家教委选派,赴法国里尔大学地区医疗中心Roger Salengro医院神经病学系与记忆中心深造,师从阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)研究领域国际著名专家 Florence Pasquier教授。同期受大使馆委托担任里尔大区留法学者学生联合会主席。
2008年起主要从事AD临床诊疗和认知障碍的神经影像学研究工作。在国内较早将多模态磁共振成像方法应用于AD临床前期主观认知下降(SCD)疾病早期评价,证实在SCD阶段即可出现脑结构和功能改变。目前作为亚洲唯一受邀代表加入主观认知下降概念启动(subjective cognitive decline initiative, SCD-I)写作组,参与制定SCD临床特征撰写。迄今共发表专业论文200余篇,其中SCI收录论文100余篇。主要研究成果发表在国际权威期刊《Lancet Neurology》(IF: 46.5)、《Radiology》(IF:12.1)、《Science Bulletin》(IF: 18.8)、《Molecular Neurodegeneration》(IF:14.9)、《Alzheimer’s & Dementia》(IF:13.0)、《Theranostics》(IF: 12.4)、《Alzheimer's Research & Therapy》(IF: 7.9)等,指导研究生多次在国际会议作大会发言,多人次获得AAIC的fellowship奖励。
韩璎教授团队简介
团队带头人: 韩璎,教授,主任医师,博士生导师。宣武医院神经内科知名专家,长期致力于阿尔茨海默病(AD)及相关认知障碍疾病的临床与转化研究。担任国家神经系统疾病临床医学研究中心、首都医科大学宣武医院神经内科重要职务,是该领域具有重要影响力的学术带头人之一。
研究方向与特色:
本团队聚焦于阿尔茨海默病的早期诊断、预防与干预这一国际前沿和临床难点问题。团队特色在于紧密结合宣武医院在神经科学领域的强大平台优势,运用多模态磁共振成像(MRI)、正电子发射断层扫描(PET)、血浆生物标志物等先进技术,深入探索AD在临床症状出现前的病理生理变化规律。
临床与科研平台:

团队成果与影响力:
韩璎教授带领团队在阿尔茨海默病早期诊断研究方面取得了系列创新性成果,在国内外高水平学术期刊上发表了多篇有影响力的论文,并承担了多项国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划课题等国家级科研任务。团队的研究成果对于推动我国AD的早期防治体系建设做出了积极贡献,在业内享有盛誉。

在研主持为期5年的国自然重点国际合作项目(82020108013),为期3年的中德会议资助(M-0759)。在研参与了一项国自然仪器项目(82327809)和一项科技部重大项目(2022ZD0211800)。结题了一项国家重点研发项目“阿尔茨海默病早期诊断新技术研发”(2016YFC1306300)子课题;主持并完成国自然重点项目(61633018)1项和面上项目2项(30970823,31371007);主持并完成北京市科委首都市民健康培育项目一项(Z131100006813022);主持并完成顺义区卫计委资助“AD临床前期SCD筛查”流调项目。
