个人简介

Personal Profile

李明,副教授/副研究员,硕士研究生导师;博士毕业于北京大学生物力学与医学工程专业,美国哥伦比亚大学医学院访问学者。现就职于首都医科大学宣武医院(吉训明院士团队转化医学方向负责人),脑血管病药械研发北京市重点实验室副主任、北京脑重大疾病研究院特聘菁英学者。担任中国生物医学工程学会介入医学工程分会委员、中国生物材料学会医用金属材料分会 委员、中国老年医学学会脑血管病分会委员。Biomedical Sciences期刊编委, Journal of Science and Engineering Research期刊编委,Brain Circulation青年编委,中国医学前沿杂志青年编委。


本课题组隶属于首都医科大学吉训明院士团队,与美国哈佛大学、匹兹堡大学以及北京大学、清华大学、北京航空航天大学建立长久合作关系,主要从事面向脑卒中诊疗与康复:

(1) 基于生物医用材料成分与结构设计的无源神经介入器械研制

(2) 基于光、声、电、磁响应的新型有源神经介入器械研制

(3) 可降解医用金属(镁、铁、锌、钼)的生物医用与表面改性

(4)神经修复与再生新技术与新方法


以第一/通讯作者(含共同)身份在National Science Review (研究论文)、Progress in Materials Science、Science Bulletin、Bioactive Materials、Stroke、Cell Reports Physical Science、Theranostics等生物医学工程、生物材料和神经病学领域知名期刊发表30余篇SCI论文;截至2025年2月,累积引用2898次,H指数25,I10指数33。


在成果转化应用方面,授权发明专利18项,实用新型专利17项。“脑静脉碎取栓装置Venus-TD”项目,成功转化北京弘海微创科技有限公司,完成108例临床患者试验; “靶向低温介入导管”项目,成功转化盈康宣泽(青岛)医疗科技有限公司,纳入国家卫健委脑卒中事宜防治技术推广项目。作为参与人获中华医学科技奖一等奖、北京市医学科技奖二等奖,其中以第一完成人获2023年美国医学院Catalyst Awardees奖。
