Personal Profile
李明,副教授/副研究员,硕士研究生导师;博士毕业于北京大学生物力学与医学工程专业,美国哥伦比亚大学医学院访问学者。现就职于首都医科大学宣武医院(吉训明院士团队转化医学方向负责人),脑血管病药械研发北京市重点实验室副主任、北京脑重大疾病研究院特聘菁英学者。担任中国生物医学工程学会介入医学工程分会委员、中国生物材料学会医用金属材料分会 委员、中国老年医学学会脑血管病分会委员。Biomedical Sciences期刊编委,Journal of Science and Engineering Research期刊编委,Brain Circulation青年编委,中国医学前沿杂志青年编委。
本课题组主要基于生物医用材料的卒中诊治与康复技术与创新器械研究,具体包括
(1)面向卒中诊断的化学物理方法:基于电阻抗技术,开发血栓识别导丝、电凝取栓导丝与动脉瘤栓塞导丝,融合电化学与生物电阻抗技术,实现血管内病变的精准识别与干预。
(2)面向卒中救治的化学材料体系:基于可降解医用金属,设计新型颅内支架、弹簧圈、颅骨再生支架及硬脑膜再生贴片,探索材料结构、降解行为与神经组织修复的协同机制。
(3)面向卒中康复的化学生物策略:基于神经调控技术,构建有线与无线脑机接口支架,研究神经电生理调控机制,推动基于微电流刺激的神经功能重塑与康复。

在成果转化应用方面,授权发明专利18项,实用新型专利17项。“脑静脉碎取栓装置Venus-TD”项目,成功转化北京弘海微创科技有限公司,完成108例临床患者试验; “靶向低温介入导管”项目,成功转化盈康宣泽(青岛)医疗科技有限公司,纳入国家卫健委脑卒中事宜防治技术推广项目。作为参与人获中华医学科技奖一等奖、北京市科技进步奖一等奖、北京市医学科技奖二等奖,其中以第一完成人获2023年美国医学院Catalyst Awardees奖。
本课题组主要基于生物医用材料的卒中诊治与康复技术与创新器械研究,具体包括
