病原菌能够通过多种分泌系统将毒力蛋白转运至细菌外或靶细胞内,引起宿主病变。研究主要聚焦于细菌毒素复合物(Tc toxin)和六型分泌系统(T6SS),解析它们对宿主的致病机制,为研发新型抗菌药物提供新的思路和潜在靶点。近年来,以第一作者、共同通讯作者和通讯作者共发表JCR一区论文13篇,其中11篇为中科院一区top期刊;获得国家发明专利授权7项;承担国自然课题3项。
