Personal Profile
主要研究天然免疫与炎症发生及其调控机制,以及肿瘤免疫反应机制。发现了天然免疫细胞膜受体膜转位新的分子机制,以及阐明病毒及李斯特细菌触发的天然免疫反应分子机制,以第一作者/通讯作者在Cell, PNAS, Nature communications, Cell Death Dis.,Cell Reports, Oncogene, 等国际杂志发表论文。其中在国际顶尖Cell上发表的文章作为重要内容之一,被评选为2018年中国高校十大进展之一。参与指导的工作发表在cancer cell, JHematol Oncol. Nat Immunology等国际知名杂志。国家自然基金面评审专家,CellDeath Dis.及Science Bulletin审稿专家。主持两项国家自然基金面上项目,卫生部重点项目子课题,中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程子课题,承担国家重点研发计划及国家重大专项等项目。
目前主要探索肿瘤微环境中免疫逃逸的分子机制、免疫细胞新亚群的筛选及鉴定;病毒逃逸天然免疫清除的分子机制研究;阐明天然免疫与炎症性疾病的关系。
