医学博士，主任医师，副教授，研究生导师，首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院泌尿外科行政主任、学科带头人。曾于美国University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB)进行医学博士后研究工作。现担任中华医学会医疗鉴定专家库成员；北京市科学技术委员会、中关村科技园区管理委员会科技项目评审专家；首都卫生发展科研专项评审专家；北京慢性病防治与健康教育研究会副主任委员；北京肿瘤防治研究会泌尿肿瘤分委会常委等社会任职。以第一作者或通讯作者完成研究论著30余篇，SCI论著10余篇。主编《泌尿外科临床思维》，参编《前列腺癌精准诊断与治疗》、《实用前列腺临床》及医学院本科教材《临床技能培训与实践》等。主持前列腺领域国家级课题1项，省部级课题2项，主持的《尿液外泌体雄激素受体剪切变异体7（AR-V7）预测前列腺癌新型内分泌治疗耐药》项目荣获2022年首度医学创新与转化项目优胜奖。目前研究方向为前列腺癌，泌尿系统肿瘤及泌尿系疾病的临床及基础研究。
