首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院神经内科主任,中华医学会神经病学分会委员,北京医学会神经病学分会副主任委员,北京神经内科学会副会长,中国卒中学会脑小血管病分会副主任委员,中国医院研究型学会脑小血管病专业委员会副主任委员,中华医学会北京神经病学分会常委兼神经重症专业组组长,北京神经内科学会神经重症专业委员会主任委员,国家远程医疗与互联网医学中心脑血管病与神经介入专业专家委员会主任委员,北京神经内科学会脑小血管病委员会副主任委员,国家卫健委脑小血管病委员会常委,北京医学会血栓和止血学会副主任委员等。
胡文立教授团队长期从事脑小血管病与认知功能障碍的基础与临床研究,建立脑小血管病影像学总负担评价体系,率先采用视觉等级划分标准发现WMH周围存在缺血半暗带,采用DCE-MRI技术观察脑小血管病血脑屏障破坏,发现血压变异性参与BG-EPVS的形成,使用PET动态扫描技术探讨WMH患者认知障碍的机制;首创霍乱毒素耦联钆对比剂的颅内成像技术;主导程序化撤机在神经危重症患者中的应用;研制和开发促醒系统设备等。
