目前主持科技部十四五重点研发计划 “脑损伤神经移位模型的建立与功能恢复的中枢神经机制研究” ,课题编号2022YFC3602805,目前卒中是神经系统的高发疾病而且致残率很高,造成肢体偏瘫的结局,本研究建立模拟中枢神经系统损伤导致肢体瘫痪的动物模型,研究多模式神经移位联合功能康复后脑可塑性机制及加速功能重组的关键影响因素,为神经功能康复重建找到新的研究方向。利用脑深部电极、神经示踪、 dMRI 和 fMRI 等多模态技术,以大鼠为实验动物,构建脑运动皮质区损伤及运动神经通路(内囊)损伤致肢体瘫痪模型,采用多神经移位调控,研究促进痉挛肢体运动功能恢复的中枢神经机制及周围神经调控后大脑皮层的可塑性改变。
