个人简介
Personal Profile
孙文智,男,首都医科大学基础医学院,PI & 研究员。2004年毕业于中国科学院神经科学研究所;2005年至2010年在加州大学伯克利分校从事博士后研究工作;2010至2016年,先后在杰克逊实验室(Jackson Laboratory)和霍华德休斯医学研究所(Howard Hughes Medical Institute)詹宁斯研究园(Janelia Research Campus)从事研究工作。2016年回国加入上海科技大学 iHuman研究所,担任PI & 研究员。2018年入职北京脑科学与类脑研究中心,担任PI & 研究员。实验室发展和应用活体光学成像、神经调控、遗传学标记与神经环路示踪等多项环路功能研究的前沿技术回答情感和相关精神类疾病的重要科学问题,拥有国际领先且全面的光学成像仪器(双光子显微镜、梯度折射透镜、光纤光度测量)和技术手段。也将结合单细胞测序等分子生物学手段,深入研究以下重要的神经科学问题:应激与奖赏的神经环路机制、神经药理的环路解析、神经与精神疾病治疗的新策略。

在探索情绪情感的神经环路机制的研究中,揭示了 VTA 多巴胺能神经元在延迟满足这一心理过程中的神经基础,为提高自控能力和治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍提供了思路。发明了多种用于小鼠立体定位,病毒精准注射,微透镜埋置等国产化专利设备,推动和促进了我国神经环路的基础研究。发明了一种快速将外源基因导入整体大脑并实现表达的在体基因递送技术,有望为我国基因治疗领域开辟一个新的方向。
