主要围绕构建疾病动物模型新技术及神经退行性疾病的基础与转化医学开展研究,包括创建了构建致死基因敲除动物模型的新技术;构建了新的阿尔茨海默病小鼠及灵长动物模型;创建了定量检测血液中错误折叠蛋白质的新技术,可望用于神经退行性疾病的早期及无创辅助诊断。代表性研究论文以第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表于Nature Methods,Nature Communications等知名学术期刊。入选2019年北京市科技新星计划,获首批首医青年学者称号等。
