Personal Profile
教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向包括:(1)基于纳米电子器件的药物检测分析,即利用功能化固态纳米器件(场效应晶体管、纳米孔等)结合高分子材料修饰技术,应用于超高灵敏度单生物分子及药物等的检测和分析;(2)基于人造细胞膜的药物检测传感器,如利用天然膜蛋白重组于固体支撑高分子膜内的活性表面及纳米反应器,用于选择性高灵敏生物分子检测及分析;(3)功能高分子材料及其生物医用研究,包括特殊浸润性抗菌表面、高强度双网络水凝胶以及电驱动高分子凝胶作为药物载体的制备及药物释放性能研究。相关研究成果发表在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Biomaterials、Small、Chemical Society Review、Advanced Science等具有影响力的国际学术期刊上,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文16篇,共计发表论文35篇,影响因子>10的文章7篇,被引用达2000余次,已授权国内专利6项,日本专利2项,美国专利1项。作为独立PI主持多个国际/国内科研项目,包括瑞士自然科学基金、欧盟玛丽居丽学者基金,以及中国国家自然科学基金面上项目等。
