目前的在研项目包括:
1,鉴定胸主动脉瘤的新致病基因并揭示致病机制。
2,鉴定扩张型心肌病的新致病基因并揭示致病机制。
3,基于基因组学的急性冠脉综合征管理体系研发和临床转化
我的研究集中在心血管疾病的遗传病因学,即从遗传的角度解释疾病为什么会发生。关注的疾病既有复杂多基因疾病也包括单基因疾病,鉴定了多个冠心病的易感基因和胸主动脉瘤的致病基因。
