首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科是教育部重点实验室和国家重点学科。睡眠医学中心是首都医科大学OSAHS临床诊疗与研究中心、中国睡眠研究会睡眠监测技师培训基地。在以往各类国家级和省部级课题支持下,对儿童和成人上呼吸道阻塞疾病的形态学、功能学及主、被动气道动力学、定量增加上气道结构负荷的动物模型等方面进行了深入探索。已经建立并在临床和研究中应用上呼吸道气道塌陷性测量、肌电信号监测分析、影像学测量及呼吸努力度的定量检测的方法。成果获教育部科学技术进步奖一等奖一项,国家科技进步奖二等奖一项。
