近5年在主要研究方向上发表SCI10余篇,主持的省部级科研项目5项,获得多项专利,在中华医学会呼吸病学分会、中国医师协会体外循环专业委员会、中国医师协会呼吸分会-呼吸危重症委员会、中国心胸血管麻醉学会体外生命支持分会、中国病理生理学会危重症专业委员会等多个学会担任重要职务,并任国家药品监督管理局医疗器械技术审评专家,多次受邀参加国内学术会议并作报告。通过数据积累,首次描述报道了由中国学者命名并报道的55型腺病毒感染所致的重症肺炎合并极重度呼吸衰竭患者的临床特点和预后(Critical Care);在规范的ECMO实施与管理的基础上,团队开展了一系列相关临床研究和技术改进,初步探索了ECMO低剂量抗凝策略的可行性、ECMO相关院内感染的防控以及ECMO支持过程中极危重急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者的呼吸机调节策略等。其中ARDS患者呼吸机调节的策略,先后获得首都特色临床应用研究与成果推广以及首发专项重点攻关项目的支持。该研究提出结合跨肺压指导呼气末正压(PEEP)调节的新肺休息策略,能更有效地进行肺保护、肺休息,降低肺损伤风险,甚至有可能改善患者的预后。研究结果已经在Critical Care Medicine发表,并获得体外生命支持组织(ELSO)的认可和推荐,通过会议专题发言、课程培训等形式加以推广。
2025年4月30日,北京朝阳医院呼吸与危重症救治团队荣获第29届“中国青年五四奖章集体”。
