从事缺血性脑卒中的转化医学研究工作,在国际上首次报道自体血栓-溶栓的恒河猴急性脑卒中模型,提出大动物脑卒中模型制备的标准方案;依托全链条研究模式,开展局部血管内靶向低温等多项神经保护研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,省部级项目1项。作为主要完成人员,参与973、863、国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金及国家自然科学基金国际合作项目。以第一或通讯作者在Nature Protocols,Science Translational Medicine, Stroke、JCBFM、Neurotherapeutics等杂志发表SCI论文多篇。
