Personal Profile
孙乐博士,首都医科大学北京脑重大疾病研究院教授(2021-今),主要研究方向为应用电生理、功能成像及单细胞测序,解析脑认知网络在发育、衰老及疾病状态下的功能结构变化和对应的分子调控机制,鉴定认知行为环路的功能分布及细胞构成,寻找调控脑功能的关键分子靶点,为脑损伤,脑疾病中神经网络的功能结构修复提供潜在靶点。近5年来在包括Nature,PLOS Biology,Cerebral Cortex等的学术期刊中,以并列第一或并列通讯作者发表论文7篇,共发表文章20篇(2011-今,含参与文章);主持国自然,北自然基金3项,作为骨干参与科技部重点研发计划2项;受邀在中国干细胞第十届年会青年论坛中进行报告;获北京市科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖(2021)。
研究组计划逐步发展并完善,动物行为,环路结构,细胞功能及组学特征相结合的神经环路多层次解析技术。以转基因动物、类脑器官为研究模型;整合单细胞测序、特异性标记以及光遗传行为学、在体微镜/双光子成像、多通道膜片钳等多种功能检测技术;对动物特定认知行为,从脑核团及投射关系、局部神经环路连接样式,细胞类别构成、形态及生理特性、以及组学特征等多个层次,开展神经机制解析。在神经功能结构与分子特征间建立联系,发现并验证新的分子靶点,为损伤或疾病状态下神经系统的功能修复,提供分子细胞水平的机制线索和方案。
