Personal Profile
长期从事器官损伤修复及重塑的分子机制研究,在免疫炎症微环境调节心肌或骨骼肌损伤再生修复方面取得了具有创新性的学术成绩:明确了补体系统在高血压心脏损伤中的作用及其潜在治疗效果;阐明了骨骼肌损伤再生过程中维持炎症微环境稳态的分子调控机制;发现了促进骨骼肌再生的巨噬细胞新亚群;为心力衰竭或衰老相关骨骼肌萎缩的治疗提供了新靶点。以第一作者或共同通讯作者在Advanced Science、Nature Communiacations、J Cachexia Sarcopenia Muscle、J Bio Chem等期刊发表SCI论文14篇,参与发表论文20余篇。主持国家、省部级等科研项目6项,参编著作2部。
