Personal Profile
金荣华,主任医师、教授、首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院院长,中国医院协会传染病分会副主任委员、中国研究型医院协会副理事长、国家感染性疾病质量控制中心主任委员、世界卫生组织艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理合作中心(WHOCC) 主任委员、公共安全科学技术学会公共卫生应急专业工作委员会副主任委员。在国内外期刊上发表医学论文40余篇,近5年作为第一作者或通讯作者发表多篇SCI文章,累计影响因子>300。主编或参编医学专著10余部,主编传染病系列科普教材2套。获中华医学科技进步三等奖1项,北京市科学技术进步三等奖2项、二等奖1项。担任《中华健康管理学杂志》、《医学研究杂志》等多部核心医学期刊编委或特邀编委。曾荣获全国优秀青年卫士,北京市“五四奖章”、全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人等称号。
本人从事传染病医疗、教学、科研及管理等工作30年余,一直致力于新发传染病的临床特点及其发病机制,在呼吸道感染病原体及其他传染性疾病病原体研究领域长期开展科研活动,积累了丰富的临床及科研经验。面对传染病,在医疗救治方面,参与救治诊疗“非典”、甲型H1N1流感、新型冠状病毒肺炎等多种新发突发传染病,指导、建设传染病医院的救治与管理,建立及完善传染病应急防控下的医院组织管理及应急体系,对新发突发传染病疫情防控和医疗救治工作具有意义重大。在教育培训方面,主编或参编医学专著、科普教材,为传染病的医疗、教学和应急管理形成系统理论。在研究管理方面,从个人到团队,再到医院集体,打造适宜科学研究的共性技术平台、融合创新的数据资源库建设、构建新的科技创新组织模式和管理方式,包括实现目标导向和问题导向,优化调整重大科技任务组织实施机制,健全紧紧解决感染传染重大临床问题的基础前沿研究投入支持机制。在科学研究方面,参加甲型H1N1流感诊疗一体化研究、高灵敏检测试剂及基于基因组的诊疗技术、抗艾滋病病毒新药临床评价研究技术平台建设等。应对新型冠状病毒肺炎,建立新冠肺炎样本数据资源库,规范开展科学研究,其研究包括治疗药物的筛选、早期诊断与鉴别诊断、重症预测和治疗、中和抗体、快审诊断试剂、医院感染防控、康复患者随访等方面。
金荣华教授致力于急性突发性传染病的诊疗和研究,其团队通过实战历练和项目培养,形成了分工明确,又相互支撑的新发突发传染病救治与科学研究全链条的队伍。目前,团队拥有1名副研究员,3名助理研究员,博士研究生3名,硕士研究生4名。团队鼓励基础与临床的融合研究,增加对专职研究人员的机会和支持,专项支持在国外学习、从事研究或获得工作经验的机会。努力使研究队伍结构更加多样化,制定分类人才评价办法,探索绩效或专项政策支持优秀人才脱颖而出。优化科研管理队伍,打造重点专科科技创新团队。搭建平台,保障研究可持续,建立科研数据资源及设备共享服务体系,提供研究环境支撑,提高对重大研究项目的引导和匹配能力。加强融创机制建设,与企业、研究机构等合作机制建设。专项推进,制定更有为政策,培育目标明确的重点转化专项。调整组织结构和管理机制,制定更加利于创新的风险基金,专项专策支持创新试验项目,包括示范性研究病房建设,探索联合国际临床研究中心,以项目培养人才,以人才促进学科发展。
