王玺教授致力于从表观遗传学的视角阐述肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞的互作与调控,其团队包括3位讲师和一名博士后工作人员。截至目前,王玺教授已经培养了博士研究生6名,硕士研究生3名,在读博硕研究生4名。已毕业学生就职于各高校和研究机构,继续在科研岗位上发光发热。教学相长,王玺教授在培养学生的过程中,注重鼓励与启发式教学,培养学生对科研的热爱和探索精神,获得学生们的敬爱。在教学之余,王玺教授还参与编写了多本免疫学及肿瘤学相关书籍,并担任“十三五”时期北京市属高校高水平教师队伍建设支持计划的团队领头人。
