王春娟，神经病学博士，副主任医师、副教授，哈佛大学麻省总医院访问学者，现任中国卒中学会医疗质量管理与促进分会秘书长，国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心办公室副主任，北京脑重大疾病研究院脑卒中研究所办公室主任，是美国卒中学会（ASA）和世界卒中组织（WSO）会员；主要从事脑血管病临床诊疗及医疗质量改进相关研究工作，特别是在急性缺血性卒中再灌注治疗的真实世界研究和质量改进有深入研究。主持国家重点研发计划和国自然等课题6项；获得北京市“优秀人才”和医管局“青苗”计划资助，获得2018“中匈科学合作基金”资助，获得国家及省部级科技奖励4项，其中2020年和2016年分别获得国家科技进步二等奖各1项，发表SCI文章30余篇，其中以第一作者在Stroke等杂志发表SCI文章10余篇。

熊云云，主任医师、教授、博士生导师，目前主持3个国家自然科学基金项目其中2个面上项目、北京市科委项目等，获北脑青年学者等。

谷鸿秋，副研究员，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、北京市青苗计划等。

张静，副研究员，主要研究方向：卫生和医保政策、公立医院改革和医疗质量管理政策等。主持国家医保局、国家医保研究院、国家卫健委医院管理研究所等项目，《中国卫生质量管理》青年编委。

杨昕，博士，北京市战略科技人才团队核心成员。从事脑血管病临床诊疗工作和医疗质量标准制订工作，主要研究方向为医疗质量评价和改进研究，推动我国脑血管病医疗质量控制体系和改进技术研发，促进脑血管病医疗质量改进和患者预后改善。
