Personal Profile

唐毅,主任医师、教授、博士研究生导师、教育部长江学者,毕业于中国协和医科大学医学博士(M.D.)、理学博士(Ph.D.)双学位;美国康奈尔大学医学院/纽约长老会医院神经病学与神经科学系博士后,现任首都医科大学宣武医院纪委书记兼神经内科党总支书记、国家神经疾病医学中心常务副主任、神经变性病教育部重点实验室副主任,担任国家卫健委认知障碍疾病专科能力建设项目专家组组长、中华医学会神经病学分会青年学组副组长、中华医学会神经病学分会痴呆与认知障碍学组委员、中国医师协会神经内科医师分会青年副主任委员、中国医师协会神经内科医师分会脑与脊髓学组副组长、北京医学会痴呆与认知障碍学组组长等学术任职。主要从事阿尔茨海默病及相关认知障碍疾病的发病机制和诊治研究。已在Alzheimer’s& Dementia, Annals of Internal Medicine, Molecular Psychiatry等杂志发表SCI收录文章90余篇,参编参译教材和学术专著4部。主持国家重点研发计划、国自然重点国际合作等国家级项目/课题6项,省部级课题和人才项目9项。先后入选北京市科技新星(2010)、北京市优秀人才青年拔尖个人(2014)、北京市百千万人才工程(2016)、北京市高层次创新创业人才领军人才(2017)、北京市杰出青年科学基金(2019)、教育部长江学者(2021)、北京市“登峰”人才计划(2022)、青年北京学者(2022)、北京市属高校高水平科研创新团队(2023),北京市先进科技工作者(2023)。

团队展示

唐毅课题组致力于阿尔茨海默病及相关认知障碍疾病的发病机制及早期诊断干预研究,团队主要研究方向包括:

(1)基于动物和人源细胞模型的阿尔茨海默病发病机制研究

    研究免疫、代谢等机制在阿尔茨海默病发病中的作用。

(2)以认知训练和经颅电刺激为代表的非药物干预的早期疗效和神经机制研究

    建立认知障碍疾病新型认知训练方案和经颅电刺激方案,研究其在痴呆前阶段患者和动物模型中的作用机制。

(3)阿尔茨海默病感知觉与认知加工缺陷的特征与机制研究

    从感知觉、睡眠等认知加工过程出发,应用神经电生理和神经影像等技术,探索阿尔茨海默病感知觉与认知加工缺陷的特征与机制。

(4)基于全国多中心队列和社区队列的公卫流病研究

    研究中国认知障碍疾病的流行病学及疾病负担。
