纪智礼教授科研创新团队现有教师十余人，包括骆成玉主任医师、教授，韩威主任医师、副教授，李玉琳教授，刘静教授，贺建业主任医师、副教授，曹广主任医师、副教授，张雅静、孙海涛、邵怡辉博士等，博士研究生8人、硕士研究生6人。

      主要研究领域包括∶肝、胆、胰腺外科：消化系统与心血管系统共病、数据驱动的普外科疾病精准诊疗研究、胰腺癌基础研究等。近年来在国家自然科学基金的连续资助下，相关研究取得了一些重要进展，荣获省部以上科技奖励多项。累计获批经费1740万元，在国内外重要学术刊物及国际会议上发表多篇研究论文，累计影响因子 41.757，累计被引用次数77。已申请发明专利2项。

 主持国自然及省部级课题8项，以通讯/第一作者发表SCI文章12篇，获批专利2项。
