        从事外科学教学工作23年,承担临床医学、护理学等专业本科生、研究生理论及实践课授课任务,具有丰富的教学经验。于2009年被聘为首都医科大学副教授、硕士研究生导师,2016年被聘为首都医科大学教授、博士研究生导师。目前共培养研究生和博士后33人,其中硕士研究生23人,博士研究生18人,博士后2人(其中有8人是硕博连读)。近五年其中7人获得国家奖学金,2人获得北京市优秀毕业生。由于在教学工作中的突出贡献,本人多次被评为首都医科大学及北京朝阳医院的优秀研究生导师(近4年连续荣获)和优秀教师

科研情况

        在核心期刊上以第一作者和通讯作者发表学术论文104篇,其中72篇为SCI论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,北京市自然科学基金等省部级课题10项。作为主编和主译编写和翻译书籍4部,参译和参编其它专著11部。以第一发明人获得实用新型专利1项。在与兄弟医院一起合作的科研项目——《肾脏移植免疫抑制个体化用药方案的建立与应用》也荣获2012年中华医学科技进步奖一等奖。2016年本人前往美国著名的Johns Hopkins医学院进行博士后深造,主要从事有关造血干细胞对于预防和治疗缺血再灌注损伤和移植肾慢性排斥反应方面的研究。相关的研究结果多次在世界器官移植大会(TTS),美国器官移植大会(ATC)和全国器官移植学术会议进行了大会发言以及会议交流。由于在科研及临床上的出色表现,本人于2008年入选北京市科技新星,2010年被评为北京市卫生系统高层次卫生技术人才,2013年人选北京市优秀人才。
