2005年7月毕业于协和医科大学,获得生药学博士学位,同年在北京大学化学与分子工程学院做博士后研究工作,主要从事中药新药的研发。2016年在美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校作访问学者。现从事中药化学的教学和科研工作,主要研究方向为中药药效物质基础研究及中药质量评价。为中国药学会生化与生物技术药物委员会委员、中国药学会青年工作委员会委员、中国药学会团体标准委员会委员、世界中医药联合会中药分析专业委员会理事、世界中医药联合会中药化学专业委员会理事、中国整形美容学会中医美容分会副会长、北京药学会天然药物专委会委员、中国民族医药学会科研分会理事。
目前研究团队包括教授1人,副教授4人,博士4人,硕士14人。本团队以中医药理论为指导,以药效筛选结果为依据,采用现代色谱分离手段和光谱技术,对单味中药及复方中药的有效成分进行分离和鉴定;结合先进的分析方法,建立中药有效成分体内外定性定量分析方法;并采用靶点垂钓技术、计算机模拟技术与实验验证相结合的方法发现中药活性成分作用靶点,从整体、器官、细胞-亚细胞、酶-基因水平阐明中药药效的物质基础,结合最新研究成果,建立快速、简便的方法,确定中药药效物质基础,完善中药质量控制体系,推动中药新药创制及中药现代化的发展。实验室研究方向主要有:
1.单味中药及复方的药效物质基础研究;
2.单味中药及复方的质量评价研究;
3.中药有效成分发现、作用机制及中药药性理论科学内涵研究;
4.中药有效成分新靶点及其分子机制研究。
主持国家自然基金面上项目4项、北京市教委科技计划面上项目1项、北京市教育委员会中医药研究专项重点课题1项、多项重点实验室开放课题及横向课题。
