个人简介

Personal Profile

魏文斌,1965年4月出生,医学博士,现任北京同仁医院副院长、同仁眼科中心副主任,首都医科大学教授,博士研究生导师,眼科学院副院长。担任眼内肿瘤诊治研究北京市重点实验室主任、医学人工智能研究与验证工信部重点实验室主任。国家卫健委突出贡献中青年专家,享受国务院政府津贴,白求恩奖章获得者,中央保健会诊专家,获得“2020最美医生”称号。入选首批国家级和北京市新世纪“百千万”人才工程,国家特支计划工程首批领军人才。从事眼科临床工作30余年,擅长眼底病的诊断和治疗,尤其在视网膜脱离、眼内肿瘤的诊疗方面积累了丰富的经验,完成复杂性玻璃体视网膜显微手术万余例。在专业学术期刊发表SCI论文170篇,发表中文学术论文350篇,主编专著27部;授权国家专利11项。获教育部科技进步二等奖,华夏医学科技奖一等奖和二等奖,北京市科技进步奖4项,获中华医学会优秀论文一等奖和二等奖4项,承担国家自然基金等国家级和省部级科研项目共25项。现任《中华眼科杂志》《中华眼底病杂志》《眼科》《实用防盲技术杂志》副主编,《中华医学杂志英文版》、《中华实验眼科杂志》等十余种专业杂志编委。担任中华医学会眼科学分会常务委员,中华中医药学会眼科委员会常务委员,中国医师协会眼科分会常务委员兼眼底病专业委员会副主任委员,北京眼科学会会长,北京医学会眼科学分会候任主任委员。

团队展示

针对临床医生科研创新能力不足的突出问题,魏文斌教授团队提出“双交叉,双融合,培育创新性团队”的人才主战略:

(一)“双交叉”建设平台

聚焦重点方向,与著名科研院所、龙头企业交叉合作,跨学科协同创建创新平台,建立眼内肿瘤诊治研究北京市重点实验室、医学人工智能研究与验证工信部重点实验室,与国家神经系统疾病临床医学研究中心联合成立“脑与视觉科学创新中心”,为卓越人才培养打造新的科研试验高地。

(二)“双融合”培养机制

临床培养与科研培养融合:将住院医师轮转与临床研究专题培训相结合,定期开展同仁眼科临床病例讨论会、同仁眼科新技术论坛、国际视网膜高峰论坛,为解决临床实践教学与科研前沿脱节的问题提供教育支撑;

科研项目与人才计划融合:以科研项目需求为依托,与德国海德堡大学、美国纽约医学院、清华大学及中国科学院等著名科研院所密切合作,为卓越人才的培养提供交叉创新实践平台。

培养青年北京学者1名,北京市医管局“登峰”计划人才2名,“青苗”人才6名,科技新星11名,“高创计划”青年拔尖人才1名,北京市优秀人才7名;主持完成国家和省部级科研项目63项,2020年团队成员获批北京市自然科学杰出青年基金1项、国家自然科学基金9项。
