Personal Profile
魏文斌，1965年4月出生，医学博士，现任北京同仁医院副院长、同仁眼科中心副主任，首都医科大学教授，博士研究生导师，眼科学院副院长。担任眼内肿瘤诊治研究北京市重点实验室主任、医学人工智能研究与验证工信部重点实验室主任。国家卫健委突出贡献中青年专家，享受国务院政府津贴，白求恩奖章获得者，中央保健会诊专家，获得“2020最美医生”称号。入选首批国家级和北京市新世纪“百千万”人才工程，国家特支计划工程首批领军人才。从事眼科临床工作30余年，擅长眼底病的诊断和治疗，尤其在视网膜脱离、眼内肿瘤的诊疗方面积累了丰富的经验，完成复杂性玻璃体视网膜显微手术万余例。在专业学术期刊发表SCI论文170篇，发表中文学术论文350篇，主编专著27部；授权国家专利11项。获教育部科技进步二等奖，华夏医学科技奖一等奖和二等奖，北京市科技进步奖4项，获中华医学会优秀论文一等奖和二等奖4项，承担国家自然基金等国家级和省部级科研项目共25项。现任《中华眼科杂志》《中华眼底病杂志》《眼科》《实用防盲技术杂志》副主编，《中华医学杂志英文版》、《中华实验眼科杂志》等十余种专业杂志编委。担任中华医学会眼科学分会常务委员，中华中医药学会眼科委员会常务委员，中国医师协会眼科分会常务委员兼眼底病专业委员会副主任委员，北京眼科学会会长，北京医学会眼科学分会候任主任委员。
针对临床医生科研创新能力不足的突出问题，魏文斌教授团队提出“双交叉，双融合，培育创新性团队”的人才主战略：
（一）“双交叉”建设平台
聚焦重点方向，与著名科研院所、龙头企业交叉合作，跨学科协同创建创新平台，建立眼内肿瘤诊治研究北京市重点实验室、医学人工智能研究与验证工信部重点实验室，与国家神经系统疾病临床医学研究中心联合成立“脑与视觉科学创新中心”，为卓越人才培养打造新的科研试验高地。
（二）“双融合”培养机制
临床培养与科研培养融合：将住院医师轮转与临床研究专题培训相结合，定期开展同仁眼科临床病例讨论会、同仁眼科新技术论坛、国际视网膜高峰论坛，为解决临床实践教学与科研前沿脱节的问题提供教育支撑；
科研项目与人才计划融合：以科研项目需求为依托，与德国海德堡大学、美国纽约医学院、清华大学及中国科学院等著名科研院所密切合作，为卓越人才的培养提供交叉创新实践平台。
培养青年北京学者1名，北京市医管局“登峰”计划人才2名，“青苗”人才6名，科技新星11名，“高创计划”青年拔尖人才1名，北京市优秀人才7名；主持完成国家和省部级科研项目63项，2020年团队成员获批北京市自然科学杰出青年基金1项、国家自然科学基金9项。
