首都医科大学三博脑科医院功能及癫痫疾病诊疗中心由国内知名神经外科专家栾国明教授领衔，整合多个学科，是北京市脑重大疾病研究院癫痫研究所常设机构，也是中国抗癫痫协会癫痫疑难症会诊中心。
