间质性肺疾病研究团队目前承担多项临床研究项目，包括主持国家“十三五”重点研发计划，精准医学研究专项，“呼吸系统疾病专病队列研究”，基于此开展“中国特发性肺（间质）纤维化注册登记研究”、中国职业性尘肺病与粉尘暴露队列研究。此外，还承担多项药物临床试验，包括吡非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化III期临床研究，全肺灌洗序贯雾化吸入粒细胞-巨噬细胞刺激因子治疗重度肺泡蛋白沉积症，伊非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化III期临床研究，杰克替尼治疗特发性肺纤维化II期临床研究，Parmrevlumab治疗特发性肺纤维化III临床研究。目前正在进行/准备启动临床研究项目11项。
