Personal Profile
代华平,医学博士,主任医师,教授。现任中日友好医院呼吸中心副主任,内科教研室主任,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院博士研究生导师,首都医科大学博士研究生导师,中华医学会呼吸病学分会常务委员兼副秘书长,中华医学会呼吸病学分会间质性肺疾病学组组长,中国医师协会呼吸医师分会常务委员兼总干事,《国际呼吸杂志》、《中国临床医生杂志》副主编,《Chin Med J》、《Cur Med Sci》、《中华结核与呼吸杂志》编委。长期从事呼吸系统疾病医、教、研工作,积累了丰富经验,擅长间质性肺疾病与呼吸疑难杂症的诊治。以第一或责任作者在Eur Respir J、Chest、Cell Research、中华医学杂志等国内外著名学术刊物发表论文100余篇,主编/主译、副主编专著/教材20部,参编全国高等医学教材《内科学》第8版、第9版。
间质性肺疾病研究团队目前承担多项临床研究项目,包括主持国家“十三五”重点研发计划,精准医学研究专项,“呼吸系统疾病专病队列研究”,基于此开展“中国特发性肺(间质)纤维化注册登记研究”、中国职业性尘肺病与粉尘暴露队列研究。此外,还承担多项药物临床试验,包括吡非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化III期临床研究,全肺灌洗序贯雾化吸入粒细胞-巨噬细胞刺激因子治疗重度肺泡蛋白沉积症,伊非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化III期临床研究,杰克替尼治疗特发性肺纤维化II期临床研究,Parmrevlumab治疗特发性肺纤维化III临床研究。目前正在进行/准备启动临床研究项目11项。
