Personal Profile
杜静 首都医科大学附属北京安定医院教授、博士生导师。主要从事抑郁症、焦虑症、自闭症、老年痴呆症等精神疾病的细胞分子病理学和神经精神药理学研究。原美国国立卫生院精神卫生研究所资深研究员。曾获得了美国国立卫生研究院颁发的特殊成就奖等多个奖项和“ACNP /赛诺菲--安万特”制药奖。美国精神药理学会(ACNP)正式会员(full member)。于2001年开始在美国国家卫生院精神卫生研究所作为资深研究员带领多人团队进行研发治疗抑郁症,躁狂症及与压力相关的精神疾病的多项课题研究,受邀担任«BMC神经科学»的编委,共发表SCI论文62篇,他引6075次。累计影响因子(IF)377.277。
杜静教授在首都医科大学附属北京安定医院建立了由科研助手、博士生和硕士生组成的八人团队,并且和临床医生密切合作,主要工作方向是在精神疾病的新药开发领域。她带领团队锐意创新,团队的工作的定位在基础精神药理学,用蛋白组学、代谢组学、神经细胞分子生物学、动物行为学、AVV基因敲除或过表达等研究方法,在细胞分子生物学层面,特别是在线粒体功能、神经免疫炎症小体功能、神经突触形成及功能的层面,深入探究各类精神疾病(包括抑郁症、焦虑症、自闭症、老年痴呆症、精神分裂症早期发育)病理机制,并深入探讨植物药物单体及非药物治疗手段(如电刺激)对于动物大脑的精神健康保护机制,揭示新的分子单体药物机理和靶点,为临床试验打下基础,为精神疾病患者提供新的诊疗方法做出应有的贡献。
