个人简介

Personal Profile

医学博士,主任医师,教授,博士研究生导师,博士后合作导师,现任首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院感染中心主任、感染性疾病教研室主任,兼北京市性病防治所副所长、首都医科大学艾滋病临床诊疗与研究中心(佑安)执行主任。担任中国性病艾滋病防治协会学术委员会秘书长、中国性病艾滋病防治协会抗机会性感染分会副主任委员、中华医学会感染病学分会委员、北京医学会感染病学分会常委兼艾滋病学组副组长、北京市艾滋病治疗专家组委员兼秘书。入选北京市高层次公共卫生领军人才、北京市医院管理中心人才培养计划“登峰”人才。

多次带领团队参与国家和北京市艾滋病、新冠、SARS等重大和突发传染病的现场处置和诊疗方案制定。在国家自然科学基金委员会、科技部、北京市科委等支持下,带领团队搭建了“北京模式”艾滋病防控体系;在我国率先开展了“锁定及阻断HIV感染关键人群及关键时期”的艾滋病防控新策略;通过发现急性期艾滋病患者,极大地降低了北京HIV新发感染率。作为课题负责人,多次承担国家自然科学基金、科技部传染病防治重大专项、北京市科技计划等课题,在NEJM、Immunity、J Infect Dis等杂志累计发表论文100余篇,参编著作10余部,授权发明专利3项并转化1项,牵头撰写共识2部,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,多次获北京市科技进步奖、中华医学科技奖、北京医学科技奖和华夏医学奖等。

团队展示

1.临床资源丰富

团队所在的首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院是1990年开始收治艾滋病患者,目前累计收治有10000余例艾滋病患者,平均年诊治HIV/AIDS患者约2万人次,在艾滋病基础研究和临床诊治方面积累了丰富经验。自2006年起,在国家自然科学基金委、艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治科技重大专项及北京市科委的支持下,先后获批北京市艾滋病领域临床医学研究中心、北京市性病艾滋病临床诊疗中心、艾滋病研究北京市重点实验室等平台,建立了全球最大的单中心HIV感染开放队列及标本库,包含4000余例HIV阴性高危队列、10000例HIV ART队列、700例HIV急性期感染队列、3000例HIV相关神经精神队列和1400例免疫重建不良队列。

2.实验室设备完善

团队实验室为艾滋病研究北京市重点实验室中法HIV感染体液免疫应答研究联合实验室。常规使用流式细胞术开展免疫细胞计数和功能检测,以及高通量细胞因子定量检测、HIV病毒载量的检测、HIV耐药检测等艾滋病相关技术,为临床检测和科研服务。此外,所在单位还可提供深度测序实验平台及核酸分析平台等设备和技术。

3.团队人才济济

团队当前有北京市科技领军人才,北京市高创领军人才,北京海外高层次人才,北京市百千万人才,北京市卫生系统高层次公共卫生技术人才,北京市“登峰”人才等艾滋病领域相关技术人员100余人,高级职称人员38人。博士生导师4人,硕士生导师9人,在读博士研究生10人,在读硕士研究生20人。
